PRICES All prices per unit are based on FOB Manila (Freight on Board) in U.S. Dollars (USD $).
MINIMUM ORDERS Minimum order is $2,000.00 worth of assorted items. If order is below minimum, 5% surcharge is applied per shipment date to cover documentation and export licensing fees.
ORDER PROCESS Production of orders will only start upon receipt of the following: 1. Customer Formal Purchase Order (P/O) 2. Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment. No orders will be processed without these two (2) important requirements. |
TERMS OF PAYMENT A&R Craft Philippines accepts only two (2) terms of payment; 1. Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C) for $5,000.00 and above worth of P/O. 2. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) for below $5,000.00 worth of P/O. 50% downpayment is required three (3) days upon receipt of Customer's P/O and 50% full balance payment before shipment. The company is not responsible in delayed shipment due to late compliance of this requirement.
DELIVERY TIME Shipment of merchandise is after 30, 45, 65, & 90 days production depending on the volume orders and current workloads.

SAMPLING Total value of Samples and Freight costs are for the account of the customer and standard payment is by Telegraphic transfer prior to shipment. Shipment of samples is by Airfreight or Air Courier - freight collect. For those customers with economical concerns, samples can be ship through Air Parcel Post or Speed Post depending on their specific preferences.
PACKING Standard packing of item is one piece per plain polybag or craft paper with "Made in the Philippines" sticker or without polybag for those customers with environmental concerns. All items are properly packed and protected inside the cartons. Customer can request special packing with additional packing costs. |
